| Exminster Youth Project: requires the support of volunteers to be able to continue to run. The management committee is made up entirely of volunteers. |

| Befriending: visiting a family or an isolated elderly person in their home |

| Driving: help to transport people with no other means, to get to medical appointments. Drive for your own surgery, so across the area. Choose to commit as much or as little time as you like. |

| Sitting: giving a carer a break by sitting with cared-for person in their home |

| Rapport Project: helping young carers to be carefree |

| Walking: leading short health walks in the local area for people who do little exercise |

| Gym Club: assisting the gymnastics coach with groups of children aged 15 months to 12 years |

| Family Time: helping out during a 2 hour session when parents / carers bring their preschool children in for fun, structured play |

| After School / Holiday Club: helping with play activities, chatting with children |
|
| Day Centre for older people: chatting, playing games, serving lunches etc |

| Kitchen: helping our Cook to prepare lunches for Day Centre visitors |

| Drop-in/Charity Shop: welcoming people, serving drinks, sorting & pricing donations, using till |

| Admin & Hospitality: supporting the running of the organisation with various admin and hospitality tasks (e.g.. filing, typing, organising teas & coffees for meetings) |
