This is a low-intensity 45-minute class designed to increase whole-body mobility, flexibility, and core strength. Includes low-intensity mobility exercises, stretching and bodyweight floor exercises. This session requires the ability to get down and up from the floor and an exercise mat if you have one (not essential).

How to book:

Class places are limited to 8 per class to comply with Covid-19 restrictions and should be booked by calling reception on 01392 824752 option 4.

By taking part in this exercise class, you agree:

  1. That you are physically well, and your surroundings are suitable and safe to be able to participate in this class.

  3. To waive all claims against Westbank Community Health and Care, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that you might incur.
  4. That you understand that there is a risk of injury associated with participating in this class.

The Westbank Fitness Team reserves the right to remove participants from the class at any time without refund in the case of inappropriate behaviour.

  1. Social distancing must be maintained before, during and after the exercise class.
  2. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before the start time. 

Online class:

  1. You will need to download a free Zoom account, which is available on PCs, Tablets or mobile phones.
  2. Bookings for this class will close one hour before the advertised start time. Bookings made after this may be charged and you may not receive the joining instructions to participate.
  3. You will receive the joining instructions one hour before the class is due to start.
  4. The waiting room for the class will open 5 minutes before the start time to allow us to admit people into the class.
  5. The class will start at the advertised time and we may not be able to admit people who attempt to join the class once it has started.
  6. Please use the same name that you used when booking the class, as your personal link name to enable us to match you to your booking. You may not be admitted if you use a different name

During the class:

  1. Your microphone will be automatically muted to prevent extra background noise. If you wish, you will be able to play and enjoy your own music during the class.
  2. Please be aware that class participants will be able to see all other participants live feeds. You are able to turn your feed off manually but doing so will mean that the instructor is also unable to see you.
