The Space We welcome ideas from everyone; the following is a guide of the available space to help you. Please use the accompanying site plan for room sizes. Ground floor I. Kitchen (room 14) We would like expressions of interest from a provider(s) interested in providing catering services at the hub. We have a fully equipped commercial grade kitchen with around 50 m/2 of space. The kitchen includes a commercial gas range and large walk-in freezer. The provider will need to cover the following as part of their lease agreement - please explain how you will meet these requirements. Provision of refreshments for the whole site as and when required Provision of refreshments and a light menu for the café area in the front of house Provision of refreshments and lunches for the main conference space – capacity 40 people Provision of lunches for the day service – capacity around 25 people Provision of lunches and other refreshments for the day nursery – capacity up to 16 0 – 5 year olds The selected provider will be able to conduct catering provision off site as they see fit, providing all of the above needs are met as and when required. Evidence of this ability will be required. II. Rooms 6 and 7 Prices from £15 per hour. These rooms are ideal for meetings, small events, public activities, group support, arts therapy and general use. Room 6 has a kitchenette and room 7 has access to the garden. III. Room 2 This is an NHS clinical grade treatment room. We welcome expressions of interest from any NHS care / medical providers interested in delivering clinical outpatient services. This room is also available for local medical practice use. First floor IV. Rooms 16, 19, 25 and 26 Prices from £15 per hour. These rooms are ideal for service delivery, holistic / non-medical therapies, talking therapies, meetings, small events, public activities, group support, arts therapy and general use. V. Rooms 17, 18 Prices from £25 per hour. Seating capacity is around 40 theatre style. This is our premier events, meetings, activity and conference space. These are spacious, light rooms that are ideal if you want to impress your guests. Complete with a media suite and independent kitchenette and break out room, these spaces are very flexible and can accommodate most requirements. VI. Room 20 This is an NHS clinical grade treatment room. We welcome expressions of interest from any health care / medical providers interested in delivering clinical outpatient services. This room is very attractive and would be ideal for consultation services. VII. Room 21 We are looking for providers of physiotherapy related services to share a space with the NHS Physio MSK team. The room is available 3 days a week (the other two days are for the NHS). Providers need to be qualified in recognised physio disciplines and have a track record of effective service delivery. Preference will be given to providers with a record of working alongside NHS Physiotherapy services. Evidence of this joint working will be required.
