Katheryn Hope, Healthy Neighbourhoods says "Do you need ideas on how to cook healthy budget meals for your family or are you alone and would like to learn easy ways to start cooking? Whether you're a complete beginner or need new ideas, join our small friendly hands-on monthly cooking sessions in a safe, fun environment. Ingredients are provided and sessions finish with everyone sharing the delicious food together."

We are also looking for volunteers to support this activity. If you enjoy cooking, then we would love to have you as a volunteer to help participants benefit from these sessions by sharing your knowledge and enjoyment of cooking with them.
