Dance through your memories is a FREE informal six week dance programme for people with dementia and memory loss and their carer/families.

The programme is led by dance instructor Katie Kelsey who will bring fun and energy into the sessions. Participants will take part in a range of dance genres from ballroom to country dancing.

Katie Kelsey said:

Come and join us for some great dance. A variety of dance styles and creative movements will move the body and mind. This is a fun and sociable group and partner dancing for all abilities and most importantly no experience is necessary.

This is a great opportunity to offer this exciting new activity for people with memory problems in the East Devon area.

It will run for six weeks. The dance programme is free with a small charge for refreshments.

Westbank Healthy Neighbourhoods is delivering this programme in partnership with Drink Wise Age Well, who will also deliver an Alcohol Awareness Session on Thursday 23rd November 9.30am – 10.30am.
