We’re looking for a Receptionist / Office Assistant, to join our established team at the Exminster site.

In this role you will manage the front reception desk and reception area on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative tasks including back office support for the staff working across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Excellent customer service, including communication and inter-personal skills.

  • Professional attitude

  • Excellent administration, planning and organisational skills.

  • Ability to prioritise and respond quickly to changing situations.

  • Numerate and IT literate
