Senior Management Team and Trustees

"You have to be a unique type of person to work at Westbank, you have to be a Westbank person."

So what is that?

  • It’s someone who comes dressed for a day in the office but ends up doing the school pick up as the Kidzone need an extra pair of hands or drops everything to take a food-bank parcel to someone in need
  • It's a team who support people within our community, not only through day-to-day roles but in providing help where it's needed, that might be in the form of enabling a young family to cook healthy meals, or encouraging an older isolated gentlemen to attend a brunch club where they feel safe to chat with other men
  • It's someone who doesn’t bat an eyelid at volunteering time from their busy working day to ensure the day care centre Christmas party is a success as they know how much it means to the older people.
  • It is someone who is happy to do those “any other duties” that we have in our contracts because they recognise that the little things really are the big things and this is what makes Westbank so special

Meet the senior management team and board of trustees here.
