We’re looking for an experienced administrator with excellent IT and telephone skills to provide high quality administrative & resource management support for our nationwide diabetes prevention programme.

In this role you will focus on on-boarding participants onto the programme, assigning them to the appropriate course; organising resources; and extracting and analysing data from the programme database.

The role will require excellent planning, organisational and communications skills, to be able to provide support to the project coordinator and facilitators.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge and demonstrable experience of administrative procedures
  • Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with ability to communicate both orally or in writing in a clear, concise, professional manner
  • Excellent IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn in-house packages as required
