This is an outdoor class running next to the football pitch throughout the summer.

Our bootcamp is designed to create a new, enjoyable full body workout to increase your strength and aerobic fitness with the bonus of enjoying the summer weather whilst trying new exercises.

You will need: suitable clothing and footwear for an outdoor class on the grass
