As the head leaseholder for the Hub, Westbank is responsible for the oversight of the project and running and maintaining of the facility.

Services and activities at Seachange help to reduce social isolation, loneliness and improve health and wellbeing for the communities of Woodbury, Exmouth and Budleigh. It provides NHS outpatient services such as cardiac, stroke, stoma, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, paediatric bladder and bowel, to name but a few. It also has a nurse-led GP surgery, podiatry, physiotherapy, audiology and counselling services.

Jurassic Childcare provides a safe, fun and welcoming environment for children. The children are an essential part of Seachange regularly joining in activities with the senior adults from partner activities. Launchpad cafe continues to train adults with learning difficulties, many of whom have now passed their food hygiene and safety certificates readying them for employment.

The Westbank gym membership at Seachange is growing and now offers many classes to improve strength and balance such as Pilates, yoga and circuits.

In 2021 Budleigh Hub was rebranded Seachange, an inspiring programme of support for the local community in Woodbury, Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton.
