The post-holder will need excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to build strong relationships from the outset to progress key deliverables to satisfactory conclusion.

Key Duties:

  • Engage with the project delivery teams, internally and externally, to maintain best practice
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly MI reports, within agreed service level agreements. Including both internal and external reports for the management team
  • Train users on how to set up and access reports
  • Overseeing resource management undertaken by this team
  • High ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and using various forms of communication
  • Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the programme's and services
  • IT Literate
