What is CORE TRAINING?

Inspired by scientific principles, Core Training is a scientific core workout to develop specific core external and internal muscle groups, improve sport performance, enhance advanced strength exercises and prevent injury. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

All the moves in have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with equipment and bodyweight exercises like crunches, bosu ball balances, swiss ball exercises and planks.

CORE training is available as a 30 or 45 minute workout.

Cost:

£6.00 per session, or free with Unlimited Gym Membership.
