Catering Lead We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a flair for customer service, strong communication skills and, of course, a passion for food and it preparation! Based in Exminster, our Catering Team in many ways forms the hub of our service delivery, meaning this is a pivotal role for Westbank. We have a varied clientele to cater for, including lunches for day care and pre-school attendees, a Café within Exminster, and hospitality services where we cater for small and medium sized events. Your role will include: As the Catering Lead: You will prepare and cook hot meals, and any other food preparation, for our Day Care and Pre-School clients; You will ensure food is strored and labelled safely and correctly, following all relevant policies and procedures; You will ensure that food safety guidelines and standards are adhered to at all times; You will oversee the storage and rotation of stock, including surplus stock; You will provide catering and general support to our hospitality clients.
