Foundations class: Ideal for beginners or those wanting to reinforce the Pilates Fundamentals

Thursdays: 12.15pm – 1pm

Intermediate class: Ideal for those who have previous experience of Pilates or have completed our Foundation class.

Thursdays: 1.15pm – 2pm


£7.50 per class or a block book 6 sessions for £40 (must be consecutive weeks)
