Our respite breaks are for carers looking for activity sessions for their cared for to attend so they can take a break from their caring role. This could include spending time with other family members and friends, attending a class or appointment, or taking time out for a walk, reading a book, or having a cuppa.

Whilst you have a moment for yourself, your cared for person will have a great time with us. They can join one of the many sessions we offer, including a music or craft activity, a gentle exercise session, or enjoy delicious food at our lunch group.

Who can attend:

We welcome everyone at Westbank, and we assure you that whilst you take a respite break, your cared for person will be looked after in a lively and safe environment.

Opening times:

Respite break sessions can be booked from Monday to Friday, between 10am to 4pm, minimum one-hour session.

Fees:

£14 per hour
