The health and wellbeing of our team members, our volunteers and the communities we support is paramount to our Leadership Team and our Board of Trustees.  We are coordinating our services to ensure we continue to support vulnerable people in the community while safeguarding our staff and volunteers.  As an organisation that works with residents in Exeter we recognise our responsibility to keep communicating and connecting at the heart of our response to the current situation.

We are delivering the following services:

  • Exeter City Council and Wellbeing Exeter are committed to working together to provide practical help and support for local people to get through this outbreak.
  • Exeter Community Wellbeing has been set up to assist individuals and community groups to help and support each other during this challenging time.
  • Online and telephone hotlines gather information from people and organisations who want to offer their help and support to the community response. We will then share this with individuals who need information about the support on offer.

How our team are working to deliver this service:

Our Wellbeing Exeter team are providing telephone and online support and posting out resources to people.
