Service update: Westbank Charity Shop, Starcross The health and wellbeing of our team members, our volunteers and the communities we support are paramount to our Leadership Team and Board of Trustees. We are coordinating our services to ensure we continue to support vulnerable people in the community while safeguarding our staff and volunteers. As an organisation that works with residents in the Starcross area, we recognise our responsibility to keep communicating and connecting at the heart of our response to the current situation. We are delivering the following services: The Post Office service at the Westbank Charity Shop will be open every Thursday morning, 11.30am to 1.30pm. You can join one of our online exercise classes and Westbank Voices online choir. How our team are working to deliver this service: Although the Westbank Charity Shop and Café is closed to the public, the post office service will continue to operate. For the safety of customers using the service the following procedures will apply: Entry to the shop will be gained from the back entrance via the patio garden. Please use the social distancing instructions if another person/s are waiting e.g. standing 2 metres (6 feet) away from each other. Jojo (post lady) will open the door to enter. Only one person at a time will be allowed into the shop. Exiting the shop will be via the front door – Jojo will open the door.
