  • Service update: Westbank Day Care Centre

Service update: Westbank Day Care Centre

The health and wellbeing of our team members, our volunteers and the communities we support is paramount to our Leadership Team and our Board of Trustees.  We are coordinating our services to ensure we continue to support vulnerable people in the community while safeguarding our staff and volunteers.  As an organisation that works with residents in the local area, we recognise our responsibility to keep communicating and connecting at the heart of our response to the current situation.

Day care centre:

  • In response to Government guidance, our day care centre service at Westbank Exminster is suspended until further notice.

We are delivering the following services:

  • We will be offering a virtual service to those that need it within the area. The type of services offered includes telephoning, befriending and shopping.
  • You can join one of our online exercise classes and Westbank Voices online choir.

How our team are working to deliver this service:

Although the day care centre service is suspended, our manager, Sarah Sulman, will continue to provide virtual support to clients at home via telephone, email and newsletters that are posted with a few activities.
