These classes are available to those referred by a health professional. Participants are offered a flexible six week programme tailored to suit their needs, with follow up sessions.

Walking Groups

Spinning (Indoor Cycling)

Personalised programmes in our friendly gym

Body Active - specialist gym classes designed for people who need to build up fitness levels gradually

Stretching and resistance exercise, including specialist fitness equipment for people who are less mobile

Health Eating Sessions Include:

Cook and Chat – friendly and fun sessions which can be one to one

Healthy Cooking – in groups that can include family members

Dietary advice

Food labelling – information about what you are eating
