Join our team

Devon charity Westbank is based in the heart of the community, by working with us, you can enable others to face life’s challenges every day. You will be part of a professional and diverse team within carers, volunteering, health and wellbeing, day-care, child care, reception, charity shop, hospitality and catering. Each role is unique, but everyone has the same drive and commitment to supporting others.

Our values as an organisation not only cover our clients but all our employees and volunteers as well. We are always keen to invest in the personal and professional development of all our teams.

As an added benefit, we also have access to our on-site After School and Holiday Club (half price) within our Kidzone Department when you are working. Subsidised meals from our own Seedlings Community Cafe. Free off-site parking and free use of the gym.
