Leave a gift in your Will

Gifts in Wills support and empower our community of helpers to better look after people across Devon, supporting their physical & mental health and wellbeing and enabling them to live happier and healthier lives and keep their independence for longer.

Since 1986, Westbank Community Health and Care has made a difference to the lives of thousands of people in Devon. Our mission is to care for every aspect of people’s wellbeing, recognising the close link between physical and mental health, the power of supporting individuals throughout their life and the strides that can be made when every aspect of a person’s health is recognised, supported and treated as a whole.

Westbank is a supportive family of people with big hearts who look out for each other. Our staff and award-winning volunteers understand that small acts of kindness and human connection are the foundations of a strong community. Our local volunteers are the beating heart of our charity and connect us closely to those we seek to help - individuals, families and communities.

As people live longer, many are dealing with multiple health conditions. Care can be complex and can feel overwhelming for those trying to manage a range of symptoms and treatments - their own or those of someone they care for.

With the help of our supporters, we aim to enable people to live happier and healthier lives within a supportive local community and to keep their independence for longer.

Our vision is to ensure that people across Devon, regardless of their age, are able to access the healthcare and support they need without any barriers.

Supporting Westbank has never been easier.

Her caring journey has led her to become a Carer Ambassador for Devon Carers, which enables her to speak out for others, raise awareness and help shape the future of adult carer services.
