About my role at Westbank

My responsibilities at Westbank include collecting the children from school, preparing their snacks and helping them to learn and create, but most importantly interacting and playing with them to ensure that they enjoy their time with us. 

Experience

I have experience working with children aged up to 13 years old from a volunteering trip to Malawi, where I worked in the orphanage, nursery and kindergarten.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Safeguarding Children
• Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene

My Values

I love hands-on play with children, and I always get involved with whatever they are doing. This helps me to form close bonds with the children, which is why I take so much joy from working with them. 

My Personal Interests

In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music and walking my dog. I also really love cooking of all kinds and experimenting in the kitchen!

My favourite part of working at Westbank is helping children to be themselves, by creating an environment which nurtures all personalities.
