Thank you to everyone in the local community and all the organisations who have made Christmas a little more special this year with all the fantastic donations we’ve received to share.

Volunteers have been very busy over the last week, making up and distributing Christmas boxes filled essential food items and the treats for older people, families and young carers to enjoy over the festive period.

All of this has been made possible with donations from some incredible people and organisations including:

• RD&E Therapy Department
• Starcross youth Football Club
• Kenton and Powderham WI
• Iceland
• Fareshare
• Tesco
• And members of the community who have, in addition to donating items to Christmas boxes, kept the community food larders in Exminster and Starcross filled

With thanks also to The Royal Oak and Stowey Arms in Exminster who we have been working with over the festive period.
