Take some time for yourself and discover the positive impact that writing can have on your wellbeing. Led by Andrea from Walrus Writing, this free, friendly workshop offers a relaxed and supportive space for Parent Carers to explore creativity, reflection and self-expression through guided writing activities.

Whether you enjoy journalling, jotting down ideas, telling stories or have never considered yourself a writer before, this session is designed for everyone. Through a series of simple, interactive exercises, you'll have the opportunity to relax, reflect, connect with others and explore how putting pen to paper can help improve wellbeing, build confidence and provide a valuable outlet for thoughts and emotions.

No previous writing experience is needed, just bring a notebook, pen or device and an open mind.
