This is a freestyle fitness yoga class moving to modern relaxing music. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves with added elements of tai chi and Pilates.

The class begins with a gentle yoga warm up into sun salutations, standing strength, balance, core, hip openers, twists and hamstring stretches. The class finishes with a five-minute relaxation and meditation.

Attending this class will allow you to relieve stress, increase flexibility and build upon your core strength and cardiovascular stamina.  Look forward to leaving the class feeling refreshed, re-energised and revitalised

Please bring a yoga mat to the class.
