Westbank Community Health and Care is a charity with a long-established history of supporting communities – has worked in close partnership with the NEW Devon Clinical Commissioning Group, The Budleigh Hospital League of Friends, Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, NHS Property Services and others to bring the Budleigh Salterton Hub into existence.

The project has been four years in the making and is recognised widely as a leading example of community-led innovation within health and wellbeing provision.

Westbank is the head leaseholder for the Budleigh Salterton Hub and is responsible for the oversight of the project and running and maintaining of the facility.

Westbank now warmly invites you to submit an expression of interest for space at the hub. We welcome one-off bookings, short term lets or longer-term fixed bookings. All short and long term arrangements will be done by way of an agreement between the tenant and Westbank.

The way the hub works is through integration and innovation.

The building provides a space within which all services in and around the hub can work together towards one common purpose: to improve and maintain health and wellbeing for all.

We aim to provide the WEB (Woodbury, Exmouth and Budleigh) communities with a truly holistic health and wellbeing service. The space simply provides the canvas onto which the ideas, creativity and knowledge of a range of providers can be applied.

All tenants within the hub will get to know what each other is able to offer and how that fits into the overall purpose of the Hub.

This will mean that people looking for support can access what they need when they most need it and in a way that works for them.
