About my role at Westbank

I aim to be a friendly face on the gym floor, being there for those who want some help and advice or even just a chat, as well as programming and running the classes.


I had the opportunity to be an ambassador for a campaign called ‘Devon Girls Can’ which was set in place to encourage females to get active in the local area. I ran a number of 6-week exercise classes called ‘Basics to Barbells’ coaching the basics of weight training, helping them grow in confidence when exercising alone as well as inspiring positive lifestyle changes through continued motivation and support.

My values

I have a genuine passion for health and fitness and want to have the most positive impact that I can on the people that I work with. Bringing structured exercise into your daily routine can change your life, not only for improved physical health, but mental health too.

Personal interests

Outside of work I play rugby for Topsham Rugby Club and keep myself fit through Crossfit classes. I love being outdoors and making the most of the lovely sites Devon has to offer, going for walks on the beaches and Moors.
