Our Board of Non-Executive Directors (Trustees) has a wide range of professional and practical skills and representations of user groups and primary care practitioners. 

The trustees meet in accordance with governing documents, responsible for:

• The strategic direction of the organisation is maintained through the business plan
• Financial control of the organisation, statutory and public reporting
• Monitoring the progress and reviewing the strategic direction of the organisation
• Management of risk and exceptions to risk plan
• Each Director takes lead responsibility for a specific area of the charity activities
