The health and wellbeing of our team members, our volunteers and the communities we support is paramount to our Leadership Team and our Board of Trustees.  We are coordinating our services to ensure we continue to support vulnerable people in the community while safeguarding our staff and volunteers.  As an organisation that works with residents across Devon we recognise our responsibility to keep communicating and connecting at the heart of our response to the current situation. 

We are delivering the following services:

• Our Diabetes Prevention service – Healthier Devon is continuing during Covid 19 lockdown, through remote contact.

How our team are working to deliver this service:

Although our Healthier Devon facilitators are unable to deliver face to face group sessions we are offering the same support and information via remote groups through Zoom or telephone and posted materials.  Alternatively, we can pause your attendance on the programme until such time we can safely resume face to face group meetings.
