Neighbourhood Friends Evaluation Reports Neighbourhood Friends is a social action support service focussed on avoiding unplanned hospital admissions, reducing hospital stays and optimising independence and wellbeing. It is currently available to vulnerable or frail people aged 18 and over living in Exeter, East and Mid Devon. Neighbourhood Friends has recruited over 300 volunteers and supported more than 3,000 people.
