FREE 12-week Falls Management Exercise programme (FaME)

Mondays 10-12noon | Westbank, Exminster

Plus an optional additional hour in a social setting with guest speakers on staying healthy, fit and safe at home.

This programme is an NHS-approved course delivered by qualified instructors at our Exminster site.

Health Walks

Did you know we offer 15,000 Health Walk places across 24 locations in Devon, offering the chance to explore the outdoors, get to know the local area and meet new friends?

Walks are accessible to all and range from Short Level 1 - Up to 30 minutes, to Long Level 3 - 60 to 90 minutes.

All walks are led by our fully trained Volunteer Walk Leaders.

Better Balance

Build your strength, maintain fitness and improve balance with our Better Balance classes. This low-intensity class gets you moving in a way that suits you with seated and standing options.
Circuits Gold

Westbank Circuits Gold: Get moving, maintain strength and improve balance in a low impact way designed to suit you.
Circuits

An intense 45-minute class which works your whole body to strengthen, tone and burn calories.
Conditioning (in the gym)

The class combines cardio and strength training to improve aerobic fitness, strengthen, and tone making Conditioning the ultimate full body workout.

Neighbourhood Friends

Neighbourhood Friends is a flexible and responsive support service focussed on avoiding hospital admissions and reducing hospital stays.

In 2022 our Neighbourhood Friends Volunteers carried over 2000 patients.

Holiday Club

Open Monday to Friday in all school holidays (excluding the time between Christmas and New Year and Bank Holidays)

Our patient transport service enables people to attend their healthcare appointment and exercise and rehabilitation classes.

In 2022, our Patient Transport service carried over 750 patients.
