About my role at Westbank

At Westbank, I am responsible for looking after children aged 2-11 years within the pre-school and after school club. My day consists of caring for the children, helping them learn through play while monitoring the childrens development.

Experience

I was intrusted to look after a Castle and all its treasures for many years before starting at the Westbank.

Working as a Nanny/Family help and traveling to America with the family I worked for, spending a day at Disney World and meeting the one and only Mickey Mouse.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Award in Childcare and development
• Level 2 Food hygiene
• Level 2 Safeguarding

My Values

I enjoy supporting the development of children, learning through play, watching them grow and being a part of the first stepping stones into their world of education.

My Personal Interests

I am a mum of 2 teenage children, I enjoy spending family days on the beach, camping holidays and movie nights. In my spare time I like to go Horse riding, walking my dog and looking after my two bee hives. I love all animals and enjoy spending time outside, wind, rain or shine.
